Moderators What's with the order page ? I tried to view the status of my return  and I get a  blank page that says " Bad Request"  What's with that ? Thanks for looking into it

@Goodie2shoes Oh my, I know exactly the same frustration. I had the "Bad Request" all day, even when trying to search items here. I was receiving this on both my desktop Mac (Chrome) as well as iPads (Safari.) The weird thing is it only happened on QVC website. 

 

It's OK for now anyway. I closed all windows, cleared my cache for the last 7 days (in Chrome), shut down my desktop computer, disconnected the power cords for the modem and router,  and disconnected the router from the modem for a minute. After re-inserting all the cords, the "Bad Request" is clear. Even my iPads are back to "normal." So to summarize, a router reboot might help.
