Order Missing

@qvcsocialteam can someone please contact me regarding an item I ordered that is saying delivered that was not delivered to me?  Thank you.

Frequently the item will show delivered but when checking the tracking it will show delivered to the USPO from UPS. It will come later on from the PO.
