Hi, 

 
My name is Durrel and a friend recommended me to use this site. I want to start off how this has been such a stressful process dealing with the customer service and chat team. I have been given different solutions and It seems that I can not get help.  I ordered the wrong color for my daughter, and I tried to stop the order from shipping and get the correct order sent, however it was too late. She decided that she wanted to keep the color. When she opened the box we discovered that the 49 oz glass was broken and the 32 oz dry container was missing. I told her that we need to send this back, but she is insisting that we keep the base and she can go out to best buy and just order a new container. I'm not sure what to do. She said that she doesn't want to wait to have it shipped back and wait for a new one. We spoke with an agent and she offered a 75 dollar adjustment, but that is honestly too low. Looking on the website. it's being sold at 125 on QVC Just for the glass. This makes no sense. Please help me fix this issue.

From my very long history with QVC, I'm confident that Customer Service will handle your issue to your satisfaction. I have been a customer for over 30 years and, while I rarely have any problems with orders, they've always stayed on top of any issue until it's been resolved.
