Today I received my order which was to be a peace world item, packing slip read what I was to receive, item number on bag was the same only it was a prior return from a customer, evidently returned a 2 piece jogger and pullover by a brand not even carried by QVC. Says everything they don't check items when returned and just send out to another customer, called a scam by prior customer.

QVC might be scanning returns for wear, etc.  I think this method misses a lot, but it's a lot faster and uses fewer employees, definitely more cost effective.  I've been a recipient of this scanning failure from QVC.

I never received obviously used products from any other retailer in the past.  Probably because they do not accept anything used for return.
