I am having problems with both the QVC app and the online site. Things are not loading as they should. Videos will not play. I can look at what has been shown recently on television for a few minutes and then it stops loading. What is going on? I have no problem with other sites.

Yes, on my desk top computer, I have been experiencing the problems you mention.

@ellietoo    Contact your internet provider.  Sounds like a WiFi problem.

@ellietoo omg I am so glad someone else is having this issue,and it is not my tablet.this is what I did.i removed the app and now when I want qvc I just put it in my search bar.works like a charm.try it and you won't turn back to awful slow app.

@Kachina624 I tried that as well.they said it was the app and not wifi connection.it was really frustrating,but removing app was the answer
