Okay, now what do I do Mods?

I'm going to try to keep this short and sweet! Lol. Here goes,

I purchased a pair of LOGO slip on sneakers and received them. I did not wear them, but they weren't to my liking, so I returned them. Returns are taking forever to be processed BTW, but eventually I received an email confirmation about my "return and refund."

I always know and write down what I know my refund will be as far as QVC crediting me. I bought these on 4 EP also. The day I received my email refund confirmation was also the day of my 2nd EP being charged to my card. QVC did charge my card, so I emailed QVC and told them my refund was wrong. I received a response from QVC saying the return was received before the 2nd  EP was charged.

So, I sent them another email saying that they did indeed charge my card and that was this past Monday and I've not heard from them since! I did email them again this morning, and I said that they are wrong and that it won't be hard to prove that my card was charged and that they needed to get back to me regarding this.

This kind of stuff drives me bonkers. If this ends up being too much of a struggle I will stop shopping here as there are way too many choices for a customer to shop these days. Any help from a Mod would be great! Thanks for reading!

@wvumountiefan I certainly understand your frustration. I'm sorry you received the incorrect refund amount. Please email QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com with your order information and I will be happy to assist. Kinski, QVC

Why can't you deal with Customer Service and not board moderators?  There is very little overall interest in your EZ pay billing.

@AuntG   She has tried to deal with regular CS and didn't receive an adequate response.  That what Customer Care is for.

@AuntGThe Customer Care forum is set up for customer order issues.  Why don't you just skip threads you don't want to read or that don't interest you, rather than blaming the poster for your decision to waste your own time?

@Kachina624 @Pearlee Yes, I did reach out to CS. Thank you for your replies. I will never understand why some posters such as @AuntG will reply to a post the way they do. If that person would have read my post, she would know why I came here.

@AuntG Why do you even care? It's really none of your concern. I usually would just ignore these replies, but it gets aggravating! 🤔🙄
