I posted to the Beauty Forum and did not receive a response from my fellow shoppers:
Westmore Beauty 2 Minute Holloywood Eyes Mascara shipped without plastic wrapping, but the Eye Brow gel was wrapped. Can someone please let me know if they both should be wrapped. I do not want a used (open) product. Many other mascaras are shipped without wrapping, but I found this odd that one product was wrapped and the other was not. I do not want to waste the money to return it, if this is how they were all shipped.

Why aren't you calling Customer Service?
I'm sure you would get a faster answer.

Hi @ajsidney12, I see you posted in the Beauty Forum and another poster stated her kit came with the mascara in plastic. If you would like to send your kit back for a replacement we do have them available. I am so sorry for the dissappointment this has caused.
