But I can say that if you reach out to CS - they are almost always responsive & take care of return...we shoudl not have to follow up but that does work

I have Never had a QVC credit take months...a month maybe, but that was WAY before the EZ return program.

Now a credit is within a couple days.  Don't even have to wait til the item makes it back.
