This happened to me with 2 food orders.
They came immediately,within 2 days and very unexpected
I had to call CS many times to tell them I had already got my orders and NOT to ship another order as they were still saying ITP for weeks on my acct.

Great news! I placed an order last night (2/27/21) and received a confirmation email from QVC. First one in months!
Hopeful this process is now back to working normally.
I appreciate QVC taking action on this!
