@tampalady

I have no problems and never receive the Oops.

It has been posted on the boards before that you need to maybe try changing browsers.

Many websites only work with certain browsers.

I use Fire Fox no problems and Silk on my Kindle, Explorer (even tho it is outdated) on my desk top.  No problems.

Many people have Apple product issues.

I have seen that occasionally...OK, when I try later, but if it's happening to you all the time, there's a problem.

Some suggest using a different browser.  Customers should not have to do that and I won't.  I don't have problems on any other websites, so this problem is on QVC and should be fixed if they don't want to lose sales.

@tampalady  I can't believe they haven't fixed that yet!  I've stopped asking questions because of it.

I will get to the point where I will not even try to answer questions which is sad because I know the information does help ladies to make a decision.

I have tried other browsers with no results so thought I would give this a try to see if anyone on the Q would notice and help with the problem.

Now I just went to leave a review on this great pullover and I still get NEW NICKNAME....my nickname has been the same for as long as I can remember and I will not change it.  I tried to override and that did not help, so I will not leave a review which is sad.  I think it is important to let woman know how each article of clothing is running.

Which Q could get there IT people to figure these things out.

@tampalady   Same thing for me ,   I go to answer a question and it wants me to change my nick and I'm not doing that .   I've had this nickname for as long as I remember as well.  😺

@tampalady @This problem is called a broken link. This particular broken link is still not fixed. There's been a single report made to IT about it a few weeks ago. There's been no follow up report to IT letting the department know the link is still broken. This link is supposed to BOOST SALES by taking customers back to products they are considering and are asking questions about. What good is the ability to ask questions if the email telling us our question has been answered does not link back to the answer because the link to do so is broken.

@tampalady @You can just type in your existing nickname and keep reusing it. I've done this many, many times.

I have tried that many times and it does not take it.
