Now What?!

I am going nuts flipping the time zone back to the correct one for me everytime I use this website. And it happens constantly, once I choose the right one it still goes back to all the others and it is making me crazy. Now, I wanted to ask a question on a new Josie Maran item and it wants to change my nickname. They already changed this yesterday. I never wanted it changed in the first place but the system made me change it. What is going on over there???? It is a constant mess.

@lovesallanimals ..... I am having problems with the website also (not the same problems as yours) but, still annoying problems ..... when I make a comment like I am doing now & I go to post it I get a very big ERROR MESSAGE 494 across the screen & then I cannot do anything else except close the web site & wait a few minutes/hours before trying to get back in ... it is very frustrating but, I refuse to let it get the best of me .... whoever QVC has doing the programming really doesn’t know what they are doing & seems like they don’t care.... very sad.

@January121 I've said it before and will say it again, I think the IT department employees are the heroes who keep the antiquated, outdated Q computer system as operational as it marginally is. They can't make a silk purse out of a sow's ear. The system apparently doesn't interface with anything else on the internet, including Apple products.

@lovesallanimals I'm right there with you. Why do they keep changing time zones??? And, yes, I wanted to ask a question on a pair of Clarks shoes and they wanted me to change my name, too. Nope, did that once, not going to do it again. You nailed it.......a mess!

@Kachina624 .... sorry but, I disagree .... calling the QVC IT Dept “heroes” is a joke ... whoever QVC has outsourced their IT department to needs to be looked at & changed .... something happened to their IT department ever since the Covid19 pandemic hit the world ..... that’s when a not so great IT department became a complete disaster ... seems like QVC has a lot of improvements to make & maybe they can’t do that until after the pandemic is over which won’t be for a long time ..... this is only my opinion 😊

Other than the program guide, how does the time zone issue affect people? Because we don’t have DST in Arizona, our time is 2 to 3 hours earlier than the East Coast depending on the time of year so I guess I’m used to calculating backwards.
