When I click on the garment measurements button, it only loads a blank screen. It's been happening for several months on all clothing items. Is this feature no longer available or just not working for now? Please fix it ....it saves me from return items due to sizing. It happens on the app and the website page . Thanks

It must be something going on with your device or browser, there's been no problems with the 'click here' measurements at all for me, including today (just checked).
Try clearing your cache (cookies, etc.) and if there's still a problem, try a different browser.
There's nothing for QVC to 'fix'.

I don't think this is a browser issue, as I'm having the same problem on the QVC ios app on both my ipad & iphone AND on the QVC website using safari on my Macbook. Using the Chrome browser on my Macbook works fine. Please fix this QVC, I will not purchase clothing items without the ability to review the specific garment measurements.

Mine is not working either. I cannot see the size dimensions on anything. I have reported this to CS three times. If I cannot see sizes, I cannot shop!!!! I am VERY frustrated. Fix it!

I just had a technician at ATT do everything you suggested. The garment size STILL not NOT work.

When I go to garment sizing I now get in a little box...can not load your request...I started with a few boxes but now more. Please fix if possible because I will not purchase if I can not see measurements. I do not like sending back items that do not fit.!!!!!!!!

I also have been experiencing the box that says cannot load your request when trying to see the garment measurements. I use FIrefox on an Apple iMac. Out of curiosity I brought up QVC on Safari, and was able to see the measurements. I then returned to Firefox and the measurents for that item then displayed with no problem. Once I did that other measurement that previously did not work, now displayed without problem. This worked for me both yesterday and today.

This does not seem to be a browser issue and has not worked for quite some time, including the QVC app. For about 2 months the size charts have taken several minutes (or more) to load and is very frustrating.
Now an error message pops up and says "the requested content cannot be loaded, please try again later," when you utilize a browser. In the app a blank page opens with no measurements visable.
Please advise, as this has been reported on several occasions and no resolution or investigation into the matter has been provided by way of feedback to your customers.
