I  ordered one of the flowered hanging baskets on the 6th of April 17. I started to track it and I noticed that it was scanned at the city location close to me, but It never updated. I called two weeks later and I was told told that they would order another and it would be Ground Blue Shipping. So, I waited for this one and again the Scan destination stayed at another location without any activity and still no package. So, I called again and they told me it was hung up at that destination and they would put another order in. So, I still haven't received anything yet. Is anyone else having this issue? Thank you.

That's awful!  If you have the name of the facility and where, often your post office can go the extra mile for you by calling that facility and giving them the tracking number.  This will often get someone over there actully looking around to find out what happened~!  Also if they think somone over there is stealing the packages, it often stops it.  

 

But go to your post office and complain and ask for help in finding your packages.....  good luck!

Do you know how the packages are being sent, if so contact the carrier, if not get the info and if you are a troll with 2 posts this is not nice, thank you

I have the same problem, just discovered on 4/29/17, my pkg has been sitting at a local UPS distribution center since 4/24/17!!!! I will be contacting them tomorrow.

What is Ground Blue shipping?  Do you mean USPS?

It is UPS.

I feel your pain. There are two section D's where I live and the new mail carrier could not or would not look for another D section. My packages ceased to arrive. Amazon came to the rescue. Some one called UPS with me on the phone as well, and discovered that the new mail carrier just sent back my packages with address does not exist. Problem solved.

A package that has an expected delivery date of 4/27 has been updated to 5/8. I give up. Or maybe I should say down dated. What a mess!!!!

Absolutely the same problem with my CIJ order. Never received the first was shipped July 29,2017. Finally called CS and was sending out another. I was told that it was going to ship express and I didn't have to pay anything. first estimated shipping date was Aug. 9,17, then changed to Aug. 11,17 and now Aug. 14, 17. What is going on with QVC? I've been waiting since July 29, 2017 and I have already been billed for it and haven't received anything!!!!!
