Nonstop Signing in

Almost everytime I try to sign in, I am told my account is locked....they will send me an email to set a new password....the email never comes ( since they still send it to an invalid email that I have repeatedly said was never my email). I just go on and look around and then I am suddenly logged in....such a hassle. Putting in my password usually takes a couple of times also before it is recognized....why has this problem been happening for years with no attempt to fix it?

l have to sign in every few days !  l hate the hassle . l have the " keep me signed in "  box checked but it does nothing ..

I have to sign in every few days and not long ago, I had to reset my password because the one I've used 100 years didn't work. 🙄 

 

Luckly my email was correct 👍🏻

I go thru the same thing, everything is fine for a few days and then all of a sudden I have to sign in after responding to posts. Usually it is when I am trying leave a heart.
