no sound on either my app or live presentations on my iPad or iPhone! Why can't it be fuxed

I have sound on 2 desk tops, 1 laptop, a Kindle and my Samsung phone.

 

It seems to be a problem with Apple.

 

Lots of posts with tech issues with Ipads, phones etc.

I don't have any problem with the sound, when I'm watching on my iPad, so it can't be a general platform problem.  It seems to be more of a device-specific problem, from what I've read on these forums.

Did you have sound when you first got these devices ?  If so, I suspect that a system update may be the cause.  You may want to google your sound question for the model / version of each device and then follow step-by-step instructions.

 

I have found that recent Apple changes require you to go down a list of options to turn off or on for several needs.  Rather devious in some aspects....got this from a YT video.
