As I said, I had no tracking info for 9 - 10 days...then poof!

Today it all catches up.

This was actually on three different orders. So true, I had no sure way to know if it made it out the door. But there is nothing that can be done. Mods and C/S see barely more than we do.

Seems the label is made and status changed to 'shipped' before it has even gone to USPS or other shipper.

I know for a fact that our piping for work is marked as shipped when the pkg dept completes the wrapping and logs it in for pickup.

It can then be several days b4 UPS of FEDEX actually pick up the pallet. They are extremely short staffed.

@RespectLife I guess I have no choice then to wait and see if it shows up at my door . I sure wish I knew if it did ship. I thought CS had more access to this information than we have . I feel they should be given access. Strange they don't .

Kitty Galore ...I also have an item without tracking number, so I am now in your situation. I will have to wait to see if the number appears but I will be leaving for a cruise Sat. and will not be back for 13 days. I can check while on board and hope it is by usps because I put my mail on hold. If it is sent by ups I will have to have my neighbor check the front door. A little worried because it is jewelry and not cheap. Hoping to get it before I leave.

@tampalady I sure hope you can find out before your cruise what carrier your package will be arriving with . I'm really not understanding how packages are going out with no tracking . I have a relative that worked for the postal service and he never heard of this , if a package is shipped it has to have a tracking # attached period. I'm not saying it's QVC fault , I just don't see why lately this is occurring. 🤔 Let's hope we both get our items and yours especially before sat. Fingers crossed!
