I know it's a difficult time, but, I'd appreciate any update on a recent order #

@SuhseK    Yes, that's not unusual as they seem to have a skelton crew working in the warehouse.  I've got several that have been there that long.

I heard one of the host this moring say that they are working with a crew of 100 or less out of a staff of 3000 or more. I suppose they are trying to be as careful as possible with all of the things going on in their warehouses as well. We all have to be patient because it is no longer business as usual with some companies. My son works for the post office and my friend is a driver for ups and I remind them to please be careful.

I don't want this to come across as a complaint. I have no urgent need for the items, I was just concerned, there might have been a problem with the order,

That's my concern too, I have an order that's been processing since 3/17/20. Is it lost somewhere? That's a long time to be processing with no movement. I'm not trying to complain, I just want to make sure something hasn't gone wrong

I too have that problem as I ordereed the TSV D&C beach pants on 4/9 and still it is in processing?  I ordered these BEFORE they were on the TSV day.  Everything else around tht dte I ordered has been received?  Also - hopefully the MODS can help because I sent an email and got a form letter back in return.  On 4/1 I ordered the Clark's A376429 for $69.98 and received them but on 4/16 these same Clark shows were being sold for $57.75 and asked for a price adjustment so I need someone to help me with this.....this is not a warehouse issue but a staff issue from those who should be working from home!  Help MODS

A376429 comes up as a Denim & Co item. Would you please describe the Clarks that needs the refund? Is it the red espadrilles?
