I ordered a nintendo Switch for a Christmas gift on November 29th. When I check the order status for EDD (Dec. 8th) it has never changed from processing. I recieved an email stating my billing address did not match my card info, so I updated it and no one has called me to verify this. Now my EDD is (Dec. 18th).....I'm starting to get nervous. . .called customer service more than 10 times but they just repeated what was on my computer. No help. If there are any suggestions on who to contact please advise. Also if there is any QVC personnel reading this can u look into this. Thx. Happy holiday to all

I'm sorry, I feel the same pain! I ordered a Duraflame heater way back, it was in processing for over a week, then went to "back order". I called and chatted tons of times, now it is back in "processing" as of Dec 6, still in the same spot. Again, called and chatted, same response. I wanted this for a Christmas gift, I suggest you go to Plan B and buy somewhere else, and if it comes in, return it. Don't know what else to tell you, too bad this happened to you (and me).
