I agree with you 100% @ Montana. She also said she called and talked to them. If there were problems, why didn't they say so then? It's not as if she did not speak to anyone.
And not all new posters are trolls. Sometimes it takes something like this to happen to compel someone to post for the first time.
Agree with @Qgirl26 . When the OP called Cust Serv, she was assured that her order would arrive the next day, but it didn't. Why did that rep inform her of what was actually going on? Customer Service rep obviously didn't know.
