I thought I'd add an update to my recent experience with the Easy Returns.  I did the return and email on June 16th.

 

On the 24th I contacted the Social Team (as the return had already reached QVC) and they did the refund.

 

Last night I was shocked to finally get an email from The Easy Returns Team, apologizing for the long delay in responding as they are "overwhelmed" and that, since my refund has already been issued for the full amount, I may see a charge for the return postage in the next few days.

 

Perhaps they weren't expecting so many customers to use this system?  (So, how are they going to cope with yet another new return method?)

There is no return label in my package.  I also can't print one because my computer went down.  So, I guess I need a QR code.  I don't know what is but can you send me one or mail a return label

@casino60    Call customer service. They will email you a QR code.  You can take the email with the code or take a screen ****** of the code avd take it to either UPS or the USPs.  Easy peasy
