I just discovered this on the Order Status page.  Haven't seen it mentioned.  This should help some people.

@Kachina624 - Hi, this made me laugh for a different reason.  I don't make many returns but I've used the "Easy Returns" process a few times with no problem.

I generally get a return email saying my refund has been processed within a couple of days.

However, I sent something back on the 16th, sent off the email...still not a word of reply from the "Easy Returns" team!  I guess I'm going to have to chase it up to see what's going on.

A customer mentioned this last week on another post. It is very interesting.. Amazon uses this to return packages.

I wonder if QVC told UPS and USPS they'd be printing labels. My post office barely wants to take my return pkg for processing when return label is affixed to it!  If QVC would just ensure return labels are included in package, all this could be avoided. They did it yrs ago when they were looking for customers but now not so much. BTW where is this QR code that one scans? Yet another reason not to shop.

@Kachina624   You don't need to do this QR business either just to make a return,

Get out a piece of paper to include both Order and Item number, a brief reason as to why it's a return and how you want to be refunded - back to your card on file or merch credit.

Pull up the 'returns' section, grab the appropriate return address, write it on your package or a piece of paper, tape to the package and away you trot to the nearest USPS.  DON'T FORGET to ask for a TRACKING receipt so you can somewhat follow the delivery back to qvc.

Done.

@Venezia   Hmm, your now needing to track down your return made this now no longer easy, did it.  You're right, there's always something that did not work as it should have.

Hi @MaverDaver

I have used this process for Nordstrom returns.  The post office didn't blink an eye when I presented the code on my phone.

ETA:  I do order quite a bit from QVC.  Like several times a month.  And it is rare that I don't get a label.  Maybe that will change but I keep the labels I do get.  So I have a stash.  LOL  I don't care the label doesn't match the product.  I just put a note in the package to alert them that it doesn't match.  So far so good.

@justashopper    Me too.   I find it very convenient.   The post office also never said a word.  They scan and a receipt pops up and they place it on the package and give you a receipt.  Same with Amazon and FedEx.

The Easy Returns used to work relatively fast...not so for me anymore.

@Effie54 - I just checked a while ago and my return got to the QVC warehouse on the 22nd, so I'll give it a few more days for the refund to show up.

It seems the Q is now transitioning to this new QR code system, so perhaps they're going to phase out the Easy Returns.  But it still shows on the returns page info.  LOL - in fact, it shows in a big box at the bottom of this page!  Here's the very words:

  • You will receive a confirmation email from QVCEasyReturns@QVC.com
  • An immediate refund or exchange will be completed.

No confirmation email for me; no immediate refund.  Something went wrong.

Who knows these days what's going on at the Q?  It certainly keeps the customer guessing.
