Big disadvantage....using this system, it's obviously not possible to use the USPS pick up service.

@Effie54 - I just checked a while ago and my return got to the QVC warehouse on the 22nd, so I'll give it a few more days for the refund to show up.

It seems the Q is now transitioning to this new QR code system, so perhaps they're going to phase out the Easy Returns.  But it still shows on the returns page info.  LOL - in fact, it shows in a big box at the bottom of this page!  Here's the very words:

  • You will receive a confirmation email from QVCEasyReturns@QVC.com
  • An immediate refund or exchange will be completed.

No confirmation email for me; no immediate refund.  Something went wrong.

Who knows these days what's going on at the Q?  It certainly keeps the customer guessing.

I agree! They advertise Easy Returns, but it hasn't worked for me in the past year. I've had to contact Customer Service for help in getting a refund,

@Kachina624   You don't need to do this QR business either just to make a return,

Get out a piece of paper to include both Order and Item number, a brief reason as to why it's a return and how you want to be refunded - back to your card on file or merch credit.

Pull up the 'returns' section, grab the appropriate return address, write it on your package or a piece of paper, tape to the package and away you trot to the nearest USPS.  DON'T FORGET to ask for a TRACKING receipt so you can somewhat follow the delivery back to qvc.

Done.

@PINKdogWOOD    Yes, I know as I've been describing that procedure here for a couple of years.

@Venezia  Did you check your spam folder?

@Mz iMac - Yes, I check the spam folder every day.  No email.  I've written to the Social Team to see if they have any more information.  I know they don't handle the Easy Returns, but they might be able to find out what's happened.

Thanks for letting us know @Kachina624 .  This is how Amazon handles returns.  Easy peasy.

Hi @MaverDaver

I have used this process for Nordstrom returns.  The post office didn't blink an eye when I presented the code on my phone.

ETA:  I do order quite a bit from QVC.  Like several times a month.  And it is rare that I don't get a label.  Maybe that will change but I keep the labels I do get.  So I have a stash.  LOL  I don't care the label doesn't match the product.  I just put a note in the package to alert them that it doesn't match.  So far so good.

I often don't get return labels.  So, I once used an extra one that I had kept.  The return label includes a code that indicates what item is in the package.  The warehouse uses that code to process the return rather than the note in the package.  When I checked my return status, I noticed that I was given credit for an item that I had not returned.  Customer Service explained how that code on the return label tells them what was returned.  They had to reverse the return for the item that I kept and then processed the return for the item that was actually in the package.  So be careful to check your return status if/when you continue to use extra labels on returns.

One of the mods has processed my refund.  She said that it is usually about two weeks to hear from the Easy Returns team.

I was surprised at that, because I've previously gotten a reply within a few days.  I guess I was just lucky.

@Venezia , I use the Easy Returns, and my last two have taken a little over a week.  I imagine more people are using this process, and it will probably start taking longer.

Way too much work and you still have to wait for your money back. Qvceasyreturns is the fastest way to go
