I read some good advise for being here in the forums. I would say take heed.

 

You mentioned CS hoping for better help there. I've been here forever, since the start of time, I think many here are close to. For some onths now, I work with Customer Service folks on live chats. I find them to be friendly and easy to work with. I'm polite with them as they are always with me. We get our business taken care of and I'm done. I find CS live chat to be grea help.
