Since my orders aren't shipping (estimated date of delivery on one of my orders was yesterday but since it hasn't shipped that didn't happen) can you please tell me if my Q card is billed before items are shipped? Yes, I tried to call "customer service " but apparently QVC has stopped providing any real time help.
If anyone plans on ordering Christmas gifts I recommend ordering now so that hopefully you will receive them by Christmas.
Hopefully QVC isn't billing me until items are shipped.
