Need help don't know what to do next. Returned two items on Nov 1. They were processed on the 10th but I never received my refund. I called on Nov 27 they told me to wait 10 more days because they would investigate the problem. I called back yesterday and they said a supervisor would call back and she did leaving a message that the items were bought on a prepaid card and would take longer to receive the refund. Now here's the problem I've never owned a prepaid card. I call QVC again and she insisted that I received a refund on my regular Visa card and my reply was then why did the supervisor tell me something different. I stumped her with that one now waiting for a supervisor to call me again.Y

You bought the items with a regular Visa card?  Call the card's issuer (toll free # on the back) and initiate a dispute. If you ever get a credit from Q,  notify the credit card.  I wouldn't waste a minute more in trying to resolve it with Q, you waited long enough.

I am sorry you have not yet received your refund.  I do see that a request has been sent to our Refund Department to have this researched for you and hopefully it will be resolved quickly.

I am assuming that you have contacted your VISA card issuer and they have not posted a refund to your card?    IF this is the case then file a dispute of the charges with your VISA card.provider.  YOu can usually do this on line.  YOur card issuer will give you a temporary credit while they investigate from their end.

The problem has been solved. Even though when I look at the order details it says I paid with my Visa they actually sent the refund to my PayPal account. It took several more calls to customer service until a very smart service rep picked up the PayPal connection. A big thanks to that young man.

I'm glad you got things resolved.  I've found dealing the many of the QVC reps is trying, at best.  A day or two ago I was seeking some info, and thought I would try the live chat.  The rep, Arlena, on live chat was clueless, and tried to just lie to me.  I told her I would make a call to customer service.  The rep on the phone was able to help me.  Today I'm wondering if the person on live chat messed up my order.  More, and more, my experience is QVC cares nothing about polite, helpful, customer service.  My order is still sitting 'in process', where it's been all week!
