A while back I ordered a pair of Skechers. I ordered the wrong size. They shipped out the correct size and told me to right item already replaced when I returned the other pair. Well now it looks like qvc is refunding me my easy pay on the original pair. They sent out the new pair at no charge so there should be no refund. Please help. I don't want my account charged in full for the second pair of a new pair to be shipped. I already have the new pair.

I am asking for customer support on here to help. They always respond. If they don't I will email the social team tomorrow.

I am sorry for the confusion (but do appreciate you letting us know!) We will ask our finance team to reinstate the easy pays on the original pair so there will be no confusion going forward.
