Todays Update: HI Once again I called Customer Service about G Faux Leather Jackets 878-046. 2 orders never shipped with technical issues. Truly lack of contact or follow up has left me no choice. I have contacted my Credit Card Company refunding my first flex pay payments order ending in 4087 and 3933 11.33 Dec 17th billed and 11.33 billed Dec. 18th. I will have to contact Credit Card next 4 months on the 5.99 payments. Poor Customer Service. This has cured me from shopping with HSN. My Husband will be thrilled.

@BN MI, I don't understand why you would be charged if the items haven't shipped.

Are you certain what you're seeing on your bank statement wasn't just a pre-authorization charge? Most retailers apply those to a card when items are ordered. They want to verify the card is valid and there's sufficient money to cover the payment.

Yes, I was charged the first flex pay. HSN charges the first flex pay before it ships. My credit card company sent me an email yesterday refunding the charge. Thank you for responding.

I just counted my orders that never shipped still in packaging status. They total 6 orders first flex pays refunded. They gave me $5.00 twice in spendable cash. By rights I should have another $20.00 in spendable cash not shipping orders. They said in the letter I returned the orders. No HSN never shipped the items.They Clearly say packaging status? FYI Orders all clothing.
