Need help from a QVC Board Moderator!!!

This order was placed a while back and received by UPS 14 days ago and it has not budged from the RALEIGH hub. I tried online to fill out a request to find out what was going on with my order, but it states that the sender must originate the request as the receiver will not have all of the pertinent information.  Any help you can give me will be much appreciated!  Thank you!
