I requested a mail pick up a few days ago for a return order .The Customer service rep said just put it outside on mail delivery day.
Somehow that didn't feel right as I usually get an e-mail or something conforming my request.
Can you please check it out and see if the pick up order was made.
The items were A392732 and A393445

I receive an email confirmation when I schedule a pick-up through USPS.

I do the same...why would you involve QVC? Just schedule your own pickup on the USPS.com site.
You get an email confirming the request and an email when they have picked it up.
No need to involve QVC

@MalteseMomma. You can do it yourself on the USPS website. I don't know why QVC ever got involved with this as it should be between the USPS and the customer. You get verification and a receipt if you do it offically
