Hello
Is anyone else not getting a cancelation e-mail when an order has been cancled?
I ordered an item, or tried to online, could NOT, then called it in and latter I got an order confirmation via e-mail twice. I only wanted one. Called to cancel it, NO cancled e mail
came through. So FRUSTRATED with this web site!

I cancelled an order recently, and didn't get an email. I had to go back to my order history to make sure it was indeed cancelled.

I canceled an order yesterday and never received a cancelation email. I went to my order status and it does say canceled. I also called CS and they told me it was canceled. However the amount is still pending on my card. Maybe it will drop off today. I'll definitely keep an eye out for it.
