I am still waiting somewhat patiently for info about this tree.
I really need to know what is going on with this tree. It was not on waitlist when I ordered it and nothing said about backorder. I am 70 years old with some health issues and cannot be running around the last minute for a tree. QVC is really going down hill. . .iif they cannot fill they should let me substitute another 5ft santas best tree for the same style and free shipping. Unfortunately, the only other one I see is 179 dollars. Is anyone in customer service able to find out my status. Ba Hum Bug😥

Hi, Beth, was just wondering if you could give me an update on the new tree we ordered on nov 24th, I am just concerned because the status has said processing to date. If you recall that is what happened with the other one that ended up not being available. I am sorry your email was deleted so I couldn’t contact you that way. I hope you receive this. Thx

It has shipped and from the tracking it is in Horsham today. The estimated delivery date is 12/1 so we are on track! Hope you enjoy your Christmas Tree...

Hi Beth! Can you check on my Amazon Echo order? There hasn't been a shipping update since 11/30 and wondering if they might come soon. Want to be home so they don't sit outside door all day. Thanks!

There have been no updated scans since the 30th but I suspect they go UPS cargo air to California. Regardless we are on track for delivery on the 7th. Once we get an updated scan (shoud be tomorrow) we will have a more precise idea on when you need to be home.

I'm glad you got your tree, I had the same problem with a heater. Ordered it, and it was "processing" for a week, called QVC, Chatted with them, now it's on backorder. So looks like you lucked out, good for you!
