NO Phone Customer Care from Friday afternoon on

I have tried each Friday for 3 weeks (beacause that is when I can call) to reach CS after 4pm.  All have been unsuccessful and have waited longer than 15 minutes each time.

 

When will QVC put more people in CS to answer the phones for people who have issues?

 

I KNOW CS reads these as they delete those that may be deemed inappropriate on this forum.

Have you tried the live chat?  That is all I ever use and never had an issue.

@Hoping for the best I think you are mistaken. The Mods don't have time to read all these posts.

 

They read those that are reported unless one happens to catch their attention.

 

Try sending an email to qvcsocialteam@qvc.com and give them all the info about your problem.

@spumoni99 if you scroll down to the bottom on the home page, the chat is right under customer service. Just click on chat, and it will take you right to it. You'll get better response than calling.

Trying to call a shopping channel for three weeks late Friday afternoons only must mean the issue is not really that much of a priority.  Just because it is convenient for you does not mean it is an optimum time to call.

 

All my emails to the Social Team are answered within twenty-four hours.  

 

Fifteen minutes wait is nothing in this day and age--try calling government departments and waiting on hold for three hours!

 

Noone reads these boards except the forum members who have nothing else to do with some of their free time (yes, I admit to that, but I usually have QVC on when I read the Boards!).

 

QVC just laid off a bunch of folks--they will certainly not hire more CS agents.  Probably you will get an AI voice soon in the future.

By 4pm on Friday, it's the weekend. Fewer customer service reps. Less customer service.  It's just the way it is.

 

You can email QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com for help.

 

Do you talk to family, friends, or others during the week? You might need to make one of those to customer service.

I'm sorry to see you have not been able to get to a customer service representative when you call,. As others have mentioned, you can email your concern to QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com.
