Trying to call a shopping channel for three weeks late Friday afternoons only must mean the issue is not really that much of a priority. Just because it is convenient for you does not mean it is an optimum time to call.
All my emails to the Social Team are answered within twenty-four hours.
Fifteen minutes wait is nothing in this day and age--try calling government departments and waiting on hold for three hours!
Noone reads these boards except the forum members who have nothing else to do with some of their free time (yes, I admit to that, but I usually have QVC on when I read the Boards!).
QVC just laid off a bunch of folks--they will certainly not hire more CS agents. Probably you will get an AI voice soon in the future.
