Could you check on why my order has not shipped? It was to ship 3/19. I emailed & they said to call that they could not get autherazation on my Q card. I have used this card with no problems. So I called & she said it was in process & would be shipped but it has been in process for days. If I won't get this for Easter I do no want it. I would appreciate if you could check it out.

I am sorry that your order has not shipped as of yet. It looks like it should ship out within the next 48 hours which would get it there in plenty of time for Easter. I will monitor this for you and get back to when I know what is holding this up.

No I cannot actually see that but it sure looks like it was just a glitch on our end. So again I am sorry for the delay but will follow this up.
