@Kachina624 Maybe it's changed now but back then they made me send it back. I wrapped the broken pieces well, but I thought what the heck........someone could get cut........like I've said, I only sent two things back in 30 years. This was one of them.

@San Antonio Gal - I'm sorry about the mess, but I'm glad you got a nice resolution.
I think the policies have changed over the past year or so with the new returns system; there's actually a box you have to check when initiating a return that confirms you are not sending broken or leaky items. I have also received a couple of broken ceramics semi-recently and was instructed to carefully discard them rather than return them (this was the case with both a service rep contacted by phone and the social team).

@San Antonio Gal oh @San Antonio Gal that is awful!! Been there, had that done...(one time with a case of RAOS spaghetti sauce) what a mess. If Q wraps it well then their fault, but delivery men. Looks like they had over zealous workers and tossed your box for a loop. The delivery men know the box is bad, but it is my guess they are required to deliver it anyway, empty, ruined or ripped up. QVC WILL make it right tho , that I am sure of. I hope you don't have to return package though. Yikes. Sorry! Let us know what happens
