My Financial Information Was Compromised

I had to put a lock on all my credit & debit cards until this issue is resolved, hopefully by early next week. I know I have items on Easy Pay, and I just wanted to let you know.

@grammarqueen I don't think posting here is going to get to where it needs to be known.

 

Hopefully a moderstor will step in or someone else will know what to do better than I do.

I am sorry you have had this experience! I have put a note on your account. Please call Customer Service to update your card information when everything is resolved.

Millie, thanks, but when I call customer service I usually either can’t be routed through to a live person because they are so busy, or I’m on hold for 30 minutes plus and I just give up.
