And yes, I am on Google Chrome, and I am putting the address in the address bar! I go to QVC support site on card and I get "SORRY 404"!

I also got an invalid code after I put in the code.   This is so upsetting.  Why wasn't this all pre-tested before selling this item.  

Please fix this and somehow let everyone know.

Mine had a code for the HD 8 inch so I just changed the 8 in the number to a 10 and it worked except I had to pay $3 - it may have been the case I selected but I went ahead with it so I could get it ordered.

I did not have a problem ordering the case for the Fire 10. I want to thank the mods for their help.
