Mods:

 

ordered on 4/21/20 and never received it (previous tracking status showed it was at the post office on 4/27/20 and never moved from there).

 

I just checked the order history and it was in "returned" status. I never received it, so I could not have returned it. Also, qvc charged me to return it.

 

Can you please credit me the shipping fee of $6.95.

I have refunded the $6.95. You should see this on your card within 3 to 5 business days.

@bgeno  it seems as if you are only asking for the return fee. Since you did not receive it, shouldn´t you be refunded the shipping charges for sending it to you?  Unless you had already received the shipping fees to send it to you.

I was already refunded the cost of the item, but I was charged for returning it. If I would have received it, I would have kept it Smiley Happy It was a diamonique ring for my wife for Mother's Day. She said to keep our eyes open for another Diamonique sale to happen soon and hopefully it will be available to purchase again.

@bgeno  I hope so also, because it seems as if it´s a ring that she really likes.
