Returned shoes on 7/9/2020. Have receipt. It was picked up , but tracking says USPS does not have it anymore and no more tracking info. Customer service says " can't talk to me, thier lines are too busy". What do I do.

Once USPS hands the package over to the returns agent, the tracking is no longer available via USPS. I have been able to track your return - were you requesting a refund or an exchange on the Earth Flats?
