Mods-need help

Ordered A456606 for $31.24 with free shipping on 7/13/21.  Received a letter on 9/03/21 saying my waitlist order is cancelled because they would not be receiving additional inventroy in the near future.  This same item is available on QVC now for $46.75 plus S/H.  Shouldn't I still receive my original order for $31.24 seeing it is available?
