On an item ordered on 5/3. One item of the two on this order has been In Process for over a week. Can you get it moving? TIA.

Seriously?    I ordered something 3/29 I haven't received.  These threads are full of orders taking way longer than what you are talking about.

@queendiva    The warehouses are operating with reduced crews and things are moving very slowly.  I've got several items still "processing" placed before yours.

I ordered something on 4/27 that was in processing til yesterday. The status now says it was shipped today but when I click on tracking it says that it is now being prepared for shipment. This is way too long.
