Mods can't even send email to QVC

I tried to investecate why my two Muk Luks pj's are in process so long.  Can you help.  Due for delivvey in a couple of days and still in process.  Terrble since 11/9/29.  I know some people have been waiting longer.  Thank you

The mods and CS see the same info you see.  They can only tell you that its still "in process".  They would probably add that it should be shipping soon.
