I going through my MC account and noticed a $106.66 charge on 8/21/17 that I cannot identify. I called CS and spent 20-30 minutes with them and they can't figure it out either.  I know this was the gold day but I didn't buy anything with that kind of easy pay or total that day. None of my previous orders or combination of orders result in that amount.  Can you help me out?   If it's legit, I need to know the order number, etc.  If it's not correct, I want a quick refund and assurance that no more easy pays in that amount will be charged to me.  THANK YOU!

Good morning @CalminHeart , I'm sorry to hear that there is a charge that you do not recognize. I see that you have spoken with our Customer Service department this AM, they have opened an inquiry to have that researched. There is typically an order number associated with the charge on the statement, please email that to us if it is available and I can include it with the inquiry, our email address is QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com - Thank you, Kim.

@CalminHeart

Perhaps an idea would be to back this inquiry up with a call to the 800 number on the back of your card?

Tell MC you want to open a dispute (charge-back). This may speed up your refund.

That happened to me once and I felt absolutely terrible when I found out my husband purchased a fantastic birthday present for me.

@LTT1  Yes, that call would be good, but she needs also to feed the mods the order number as they asked.  Note the content in the post from @BaileyBop.

I'm thinking there is an error though, and the company needs to be able to identify the source of the problem.

@millieshops

Did I misunderstand?

'I thought there was no order number?

If if there IS an order number, I'm sure it can be resolved by CS immediately.

@LTT1  You didn't.  I did!   Sorry.

I'd be suspicious, too, if there were no order number on a charge statement.

I emailed you a copy of what appears on my MC.  An order # is not listed.  I also called my bank and they don't have any other information. This makes me very nervous.  Do you know when I'll hear back?  Thank you!

@millieshops

I have 2 different bank CC's listed here and one bank does list the order #, as well as the # of EZpays left, if the item was on ezpay.

The other bank card doesn't. It assigns a 4 digit 'reference #', which relates in no way to the order #.

The only way I can check that card for Q purchases is by matching up the amounts to my purchase history..
