Do you know how we can copy and paste in here using an Mac Mini?

The Ctrl+V option doesn't work in the Apple machines.

good ol' right clicking doesn't work on Windows or Apples.

Command V (cut) and Command P (paste)

Put your finger on what you want to copy and you will see a box come up. Pick up your finger and you will see the word "copy." Click on "copy." Go to where you want to put that. Again put your finger on the spot and when you see the box, lift up your finger and click on the word "paste." That is it.

If your Dell equipment worked previously on your Mac Mini, then the problem could be dirt and/or dust bunnies especially if you eat while typing.  See if cleaning your keyboard helps.  Mouse too.

If the above works, think about getting a keyboard cover.

Are you asking the QVC Mods because you bought it from QVC?  If so, isn't tech support included?  They could answer your question.  Also, try posting in the Electronic forum.  Lots of Apple users there and are quite helpful.

@SharkE, It's been a long time since I used a PC but this is what I found with a quick search:  "Using a PC keyboard with a Mac, the Windows logo key is the Apple Command key."   Are you sure you're using the correct keys?   On my iMac I can copy using the combo of the Apple Command key and the letter "C" key and I paste with the Command + "V" key.   (You might need to first use the Command + "A" to "select all," then copy, then paste.)

There are several ways to add images here, but I just did a Google search using their "image" tab, selected a pic, clicked Google's "View Image" (to the right of the image), then selected all, copied, and pasted here:
