@beth, or any moderator....
I just did a live chat about a returned item: 1. the shirt was defective out of the bag (two spots on the sleeve) and
2. it was to small.
I asked to have a larger size sent to me...she told me that my size was out of stock in the color that I wanted, and was being issued a refund....I just checked and there is stock in my size available, can you email me and I will give you the order number so you can check? Thanks!
