I tried to place an order this morning, but all of a sudden it was gone.  I tried to place it again and the same thing happened.  When I went to my order status, nothing shows.  I have called Customer Service repeatedly and there is no answer.  Can one of you help?  Thanks.

I think they are having phone issues this moring, I tried both online chat and calling and no answer either way

@I am still oxox, they seem to be having quite a few phone issues these days.  I am starting to put the Q in the same category as Yahoomail, since that also can be difficult to access my e-mails.

The web site is having major problems this morning.  The only thing consistent about QVC's web site is, it's always going down.  Their whole IT department must have been hired from the bottom of the class.

I can't access any of my account information either.  I got a text about a credit card charge on an order, but can't check what it was for.

I love how moderators are quick to close threads, and poof comments.  When it comes to this sad web site, they seem to avoid all comments.  They should be all over this, and at the very least tell us what is going on, and when it will be fixed.
