Moderators - Not Refunded After 5 Month!

Bought my friend a giftcard on QVC's own website

 

Friend made a purchase LAST DECEMBER

 

QVC insists my friend's purchase was fraud without providing any proof and deleted my friend's account

 

We have contacted QVC customer service, Social.Team@qvc.com, and TXDaytoDayOps@qvc.com REPEATEDLY but QVC is still refusing to refund either one of us!

 

Refund me!

You've already posted a thread about this on 04/06.  You should ask the moderators to delete this and return to your original thread, if you want to make further posts.

The QVC social team's email address is QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com.  Sometimes they're apparently too busy to respond.

 

You could also try the live chat feature on the website.  If it doesn't work, clear your browsing history and try again.  Be sure to save the chat transcript at the end.

There are agencies you can contact to try and resolve your problem.

Your state consumer protection agency.

Your state Attorney General.

Better Business Bureau.

 

Five months is far too long to wait to have a problem resolved.

If you and your friend have all your information, there are options availabel to consumers.

I repeatedly have bought and used gift cards from QVC and several grocery stores and have never had a problem.

 

If this is a sincere complaint then I would question whether the gift card was actually bought through QVC and not some spoof site. Or whether the initial method of payment wasn't compromised.

@1tuffcookie.  She said previously she'd already contacted them.  There's something wrong with this tale that she's not mentioning.  Why she wants to tell us who certainly can't help her, is beyond me.

@QVCRefuseRefund.  If your friend used the card in some type of fraudulent activity, why does QVC  owe you anything?  Maybe you should collect from your friend.

None of the agencies you mentioned are going to get involved in a single transaction dispute.  They are not our personal advocates unfortunately.

 

And the BBB has NO authority whatsover over any business.  They may act as a mediator, but they can not dictate policy to any company.

If you have a valid dispute....and have not gotten results from the social team,

write to Corporate.

The OP stated that the following email address was used:  Social.Team@qvc.com.   My post provides a different email address.
