Moderator help please

Chat, phone, email not working as I’ve tried them all. This is regarding my last order. Customer service told me I wouldn’t be charged return shipping but I was. Notes would be in my file. Could you please assist. Thank you.

I have had this happen & I have always had to call cs so they would look at the notes & refund me. If I get a piece of clothing with a hole it it I expect a full refund. I really don't understand why QVC is having so many problems. I don't order much from HSN but their website let's you do your own exchange. It's great. Their shipping & processing returns is fast.
