I placed an order for A346909 on 04/13/2020, but I had an issue with the moisturizer. I used the Q Return Label provided,. Tracking shows it was picked up by Shipping Agent on 06/23/2020, but there is no further tracking shown. Is there a way to see why it has stalled? I have already made 3 installment payments, and the 4th is scheduled to be deducted on 07/19/2020. I would really appreciate some assistance in getting this resolved. I thank you in advance. ![]()
