Moderator - Please Help Re Status of My Order

I ordered Barefoot Dreams TSV A371304 on 11/11/19.  Shipped 11/20/19, however it was routed incorrectly and now sits in Ontario Warehouse since 11/21/19 with no movement.  Can you please determine status?  Will this ever ship?
