I have received 2 emails from the "QVC Research Team" wanting me to click on a link to answer questions about bedding.  Is this for real?  I do not click on anything and this is the first time I have received any email from a research team.  Needless to say I have deleted the emails.

Re: Moderator Is this legit?

I'm not a Mod, (though I do play one on tv! *lol*) but there is a greater than a 99% chance that it's a scam.

Just toss it/delete it.

Hi @onliner thank you for posting to us here in the Community Customer Care forum. Yes, this is a legitimate survey, we did check on this. Thank you for participating. -Kim

Thanks, Kim-QVC for both checking to see if it was legitimate and for getting back to me.  I appreciate it.

I dont know why you would send a survey through e mail like this.  Weve been cautioned over and over not to click on links that way.  Seems like it wouldnt be very productive for you this way.

lots of companies do surveys and get feedback that way.

nothing really new.

i have done a few short surveys before for QVC.

the boards are an easy way to ask if they are legitimate.

i remember when qvc did a long survey when they revamped these forums.
